These terms govern the use of the WashGuard app and this website, operated by Milena Marketing ltd., Alabin Street 33, 1000 Sofia, Bulgaria.

1. The service

WashGuard analyses photos of garments, detergents and appliances and suggests how to wash and dry them. Recommendations are generated automatically by AI image recognition and are provided for guidance only.

2. No guarantee for care recommendations

The manufacturer's care label always takes precedence. Check it before every wash. To the extent permitted by law, Milena Marketing ltd. accepts no liability for damage to textiles or appliances resulting from following automatically generated recommendations. Liability for intent, gross negligence and injury to life, body or health remains unaffected.

3. Your account

Some features require an account. Keep your credentials confidential and inform us immediately if you suspect misuse. You can delete your account in the app at any time.

4. Fair use

You must not abuse the service, interfere with its operation, infringe third-party rights or use it for unlawful purposes. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

5. Affiliate links

Product suggestions may contain affiliate links (e.g. to Amazon). WashGuard always recommends the suitable detergent category first; linked products are examples. We may earn a commission through such links — at no extra cost to you.

6. Changes to the service and these terms

We continuously develop WashGuard and may change, add or discontinue features. We will announce material changes to these terms in good time; continued use after they take effect constitutes acceptance.

7. Governing law

The law of the Republic of Bulgaria applies, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the consumer's country of residence.
